 Facilitation skills

Facilitation skills are the ability to lead a group of people through a process or activity in order to achieve a goal or outcome. Facilitators need to be able to create an environment that is conducive to collaboration and communication, while also being able to manage the group dynamics and ensure that everyone is working towards the same objectives. They must have strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as an understanding of group dynamics. Facilitators must also be able to listen and understand the needs of the group, and be able to provide appropriate guidance and support.
