• Plastic cups/toilet paper holders.
• Scissors
• String/shoe laces
• Masking tape
• Paper
• Glue
• glitter
Time plan:
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Activity time: 30 minutes
Clean-up time: 10 minutes

Room and/or equipment requirements:

Clear table with space for equipment.

General Aim of activity – What will the final outcome be? ie. ‘To make an aeroplane with cardboard’ box.

To make an old historical game called the ball and cup game by using plastic cups/toilet paper holders, string and paper.

Specific Learning outcomes of the activity – What will be learned by doing the activity? Ie. ‘To use fine motor skills using the scissors’ 

• To use their fine motor skills by using the scissors.

• The children will learn about history because it’s an old game that was brought out in 1916.

• Learn how to play a new game using old recyclable materials.

• A new way of using recyclable materials.

• Learn new creative skills

• Improve their hand-eye coordination skills.
