Marble Painting - Action in Painting

Marble Painting

Marble painting is a great way to use action to make images. Children love the excitement and noise of shaking and tossing of the marble.

Purpose: To engage children in the 'Action' of making images
To discuss with the children the way the marble 'works'
To help children discuss other ideas they may have to make 'action' images.

Variations:
Use a football in large box with paper secured inside. Add paint and shake!
